Last night had my usual 3 hour yoga extravaganza... substitute instructors always shake things up a bit. No great shakes in Pilates, have had that instructor before and she didnt wow me then either. Went to my friend's wedding yesterday.. Sat through a Catholic service without bursting into flames... yay for that!
